Annotation: Technológia REW (Resistance Element Welding) patrí medzi nové spôsoby spájania nerovnakých materiálov. Spôsob využíva ohrev spojovacieho nitu a priľahlých oblastí spájaných plechov Joulovým teplom podobne, ako pri bodovom odporovom zváraní. Navrhovaná téma je zameraná na optimalizáciu základných parametrov procesu - tvar a rozmery nitu, tlak a teplotný režim zvárania - pre spájanie vybraných kombinácií kovových materiálov používaných pri výrobe autokarosérií.
Annotation in English: Resistance Element Welding (REW) are the new ways of joining dissimilar materials. The process uses the heat of a rivet and metal sheets bonded by Joule heat similar to the resistance welding spot . The proposed topic is focused on optimizing the basic parameters of the process - the shape and dimensions of the rivet, pressure and thermal cycle - joining for selected combination of metal materials used in the manufacture car body.
