Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Achieving optimal motional performance, understanding the importance of lifelong physical activity as one of the key determinants of health, education and work performance.

Course contents:
Collective games (basketball , flortbal , football, volleyball game - improvement of activities of individuals practicing simple offensive and defensive combinations , practicing simple gaming systems , conducting offensive combinations , combinations and defensive game systems in the game), individual sports (badminton , swimming, table tennis , sport shooting , sport climbing , Sailing), wellness and other activities (yoga, fitness, aerobics , self-defense), Physical Education (special exercises for post-traumatic and postoperative conditions of the lower extremities, back pain, Balance trainer workouts , yoga exercises for physical disabilities , diseases of the spine and knuckles , certain allergies , diminished immunity , individual swimming and water exercises according to instructions of your doctor), faculty representation in sports games and individual sports , training process (basketball, hockey, soccer, swimming, sport shooting, volleyball etc.).
