Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Students will gain an extensive knowledge of the machining and forming theory along with the linguistic skills of fluent presentation and discussion of the topics.

Course contents:
Current themes of machining theory (cutting).
Current themes from the theory of forming - plasticity and formability of materials, thermo-mechanical conditions of forming, resistance during forming
