Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Demonstrations will be focused on cultivation of microorganisms (bacteria, filamentous fungi), induction of epoxyhydrolase in bacterial strain Nocardia sp., biotransformation of cis-epoxysuccinic acid to tartaric acid and production of organic acids by Aspergillus niger.

Course contents:
