|Learning outcomes of the course unit:|
|Students have the basic knowledge of fundamental principles of special methods to prepare advanced inorganic materials with emphasis on relationship between microstructure and material properties, basic thermodynamics and kinetics of high-temperature processes of sintering and molten glass formation.|
|Prerequisites and co-requisites:||none|
|Acquirement of knowledge and principles of the preparation of specialty inorganic materials. Demonstration of the relationship between microstructure and properties of advanced materials. Functional inorganic materials. Special methods for the synthesis of inorganic materials and their applications.
