Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Knowledge of deteroration processes in inorganic and organic materials with focus on mechanism and exhibition of material functionality loss. deteroration reason analysis and suggestion of a way to material protection against deteroration.
Course contents:
Materials structure, mechanism and exhibition of deterioration in the inorganic metal and non-metal and organic materials, environment influence and essential factors influencing the functionality reduction for the materials. Prevention against deterioration.
