Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Conditions of termodynamic equlibria; phase diagrams of one component systems; solide-liquid equilibrium in binary and ternary systems; graphic interpretation of multicomponent systems
Prerequisites and co-requisites: none
Course contents:
Thermodynamic equilibrium in hetrogenous systems; methods of phase change detection; mono and multicomponent phase diagrams of solid-liquid systems; systems with water component; van'tHoffove diagrams; cyclic separation of salts from ternary systems with water
