|Learning outcomes of the course unit:|
|Knowledge amplification of realtions between bonding, structure, physico-chemical properties of inorganic compounds, substances and materials. Acquistion of basic knowledge about key inorganic technologies including technology processes and devices.|
|Physico-chemical properties of inorganic compounds with connection to bonding and structure. Trends in properties of elements and their compounds.
Appearance, preparation and utillization of industrialy important inorganic compounds and materials.
Basic inorganic technologies and devices for amonia production, inorganic acids, fertilizers, electrochemical products.
Applied electrochemistry (chlorine, sodium hydroxide, alumnium).
Electrochemical source of current
Corrosion and corrosion protection.
