Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Basics of valuation of agricultural and forest land. Value information system and a system of valuated soil-ecological units. Evaluation of land properties in land consolidation projects. Basics of landscape modeling. Environmental requirements for landscape and the creation of ecological measures in land consolidation projects.
Prerequisites and co-requisites: none
Course contents:
•Soil information system and methods of valuation of a soil fund.
•Value information system and a system of valuated soil-ecological units.
•Determining the value of properties in land consolidation projects.
•Landscape as an ecological system, components and elements of the system, ecological processes.
•Landscape modeling.
•Nature and landscape protection, legal protection of the soil fund.
•Territorial systems of ecological stability.
