|Learning outcomes of the course unit:|
|Students will achieve basic knowledge about large scale maps and middle scale maps, methods of creation, using and their publishing. Map collection and digital product of the geodesy and cartography department, availability of maps and their publishing. The information about the cadastre of real estate ant its functions in society. The cadastre of real estate data, ownership document. Maps of the cadastre of real estate – image of the course of ownership rights to the real estates. Land consolidation – a tool for organizing the land ownership and a new land organization.|
|Prerequisites and co-requisites:||none|
|- Geodesy and cartography. Surveying works – planimetry and altimetry. Measuring of lengths. Basic of maps. Types of cartographic products.
- State map series. Basic and thematic maps. Maps of a large and middle scale. Maps published on web portals.
- Cadastre of real estate – functions and content. Stucture and content of the cadastral documentation. Survey sketch. Nature of land use.
- Entry of rights into cadastre of real estate. Ownership document. Duties of owners. Data and information providing from cadastre of real estate.
- Organization of land ownership. Register of regenerate land inventory. Land consolidation. Fragmentation of land.
