|Learning outcomes of the course unit:|
|Students will learn the basics of Fourier and orthogonal series, and multivariate and vector calculus, including line surface integrals. They will be able to analyse multivariate functions and apply vector calculus to real world problems.|

• Multivariate calculus.
• Local and constrained extrema.
• Line and surface integrals.
• Theorems of Green, Gauss - Ostrogradsky and Stokes.
