Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Students will get basic knowledge with a new approach to modelling - fuzzy set theory and applications; subject brings fuzzy approach to classical mathematics and logics. Next, the basics of modelling in databases, and geodatabases are presented, including the practical experience with data querying, computer-based modelling and data analysis. It focuses also on basic principles of probabilistic and statistical modelling and data analysing, including regression and interaction models.

- fuzzy measures and interaction of search criteria
- basics of modelling in databases and geodatabases
