|Learning outcomes of the course unit:|
|On completion of the course students will be familiar with software Mathematica regarding symbolic and numerical calculations, graphics in the plane and space, differential and integral calculus and further selected methods used of applied mathematics. They will be used for illustration of mathematical notions from theoretical lectures as well as for practical symbolic and numerical computations.|
|- Differential and integral calculus for functions of several variables, line and surface integrals.
- Extremes of functions of several variables.
- Vector differential calculus.
- Graphics in 3D space.
- Eigenvalues and eigenvectors of matrices.
- Procedures and functions, programming in Mathematica.
- Work with external files.
