Learning outcomes of the course unit:
The acquisition of theoretical knowledge and the preparation and management of development projects, the use of specific financial instruments to create a business plan, a practical application of theoretical knowledge in the processing of the case study of a concrete region.
 
Course contents:
Characteristics and distribution of the real estate market.
Character of area - greenfield, brownfield, blackfield.
Financing development projects.
Development process in the context of spatial planning.
The role of spatial plan preparation and management of development projects.
Feasibility Study.
Indicators of the intensity of land use and use them to calculate the capacity in the area.
Risks in the preparation of development projects.
Economic evaluation of development project.
The processing of the case study of a concrete region.
