Assesment methods:
The elaborated seminar workout according to required methodology will be evaluated with 100 points divided between A-E (A with the score at least 92 points, B with the score at least 83 points, C with the score at least 74 points, D with the score at least 65 points and E with the score at least 56 points).
Completion of course: exam (written, the criterion of success = min. 56%)
Learning outcomes of the course unit:
To improve and to deepen the ability of PhD students in the field of practial implementation of theoretical knowledge from different participating fields of science in spatial planning research in different scales of spatial structures (zone, settlement, regions, continent).
Course contents:
Metascientific and scientific background of spatial planning activities
Juristic science and law in spatial planning
Economic sciences, management and management skills in spatial planning
Nature sciences and environmental sciences and EU politics in the field of nature protection and environment.
Social sciences and theories, knowledge related to sociology, psychology and demography and its use in spatial planning theories
