To teach students how to solve a given problem theoretically and practically, understand the issues of food quality and safety, and transformt the information into a meaningful evaluation.

Course contents:
Theoretical or experimental work under the guidance of a consultant on the issues of quality and food safety.
Recommended or required reading:
Planned learning activities and teaching methods: Based on theory and experiments, work on a given topic and come to the evaluation conclusions (with the help of consultants)
Assesment methods and criteria: Final thesis, classified credits, referral to a defense
Language of instruction: Slovak, English
