Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Working parameters and high collection time using production facilities require continued attention to monitoring the technical condition of all components of the manufacturing system which is composed. Methods for evaluation of safety, reliability and durability are therefore constantly improving just as technical systems diagnostics. Therefore the aim of this course is to acquire knowledge and skills for obtaining traffic data systems, experimental and simulated loading processes and their processing into usable forms for applying hypotheses of system reliability, system reliability characteristics.
Course contents:
1.Types of division and risks. Disturbances and adverse events. The likelihood of failure. Identification and analysis of failures. Failure and its distribution.
2.Methods for the analysis of systems failure. Methods of reliability.
3.Determination of residual life. Expression of reliability for fatigue failure. Technical life systems.
4.Methods and tools for collecting information about the safety of technical systems.
5.Safety parameters and their use in the procurement of machinery and equipment.
6.Forecasting security systems.
