Learning outcomes of the course unit:
The subject contains basic information about land consolidation. Students will achieve basic knowledge of land consolidation project. Individual parts are connected in accordance with methodology of the creation of land consolidation. Students will understand principles and the needs of the land consolidation projects.
Prerequisites and co-requisites: none
Course contents:
• development of land consolidation in the Slovak Republic,
• land consolidation in relation to other specializations,
• laws, regulations, standards and methodologies of land consolidation,
• types of land consolidation projects,
• register initial status,
• functional organization of a territory,
• regulation for positioning of new lots,
• a division plan in the form of positional and setting-out plan,
• a plan of public and common equipments and measures.
