Assesment methods:
Continuous assessment: a written audit work, evaluation of lab protocols.
Laboratory exercises (2 h) take turns with the numerical exercises (2 h) during the semester, week after week. Students write a written work on the sixth numerical exercise. Head teacher gives the credit to a student who successfully wrote the written work and delivered protocols of all laboratory exercises.
 
Learning outcomes of the course unit:
The aim of subject is that students obtain a knowledge of the theory of electrical, magnetic and optical phenomena at the university level lectures, that students use this knowledge to develop creative thinking and skills in dealing with physical tasks at numerical exercises and fix the work habits in accordance with the needs of engineering practice at laboratory exercises. Students will learn basic principles and terms of these areas, which are the basis for the application of physical principles in technical fields.
