Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Deepen the wisdom on the issue of sewerage urban centres with a focus on optimizing the design and operating of sewer systems. Deepen the knowledge of mathematical hydrologic and hydraulic models to enable design and evaluation capacities sewer systems. Hydraulic problems to analyse in more details of specific objects on sewer with focus on nonsedimentary regime in sewers. Detailled discussion of issue existence and reduce balast water, useful life materials of sewers and objects, modern methods of construction and rehabilitation of sewers. Increase knowledge in area of design the owerflow objects and storm water tanks and evaluation their impact on the receiving water.
 
Course contents:
 Monitoring the flow of wastewater, hydraulic of sewer and objects on sewer system.
 Methods of determining designing flows in various sewer systems.
 Geographic information systems, models for the design and evaluation the capacity of sewer systems.
 Optimizing the design and operating of gravitate and alternative of sewer systems.
 Durability of building materials sewers and objects in relation to the discharge of wastewater.
 Progressive methods of building-up and rehabilitation sewers.
 Design of owerflow objects and storm water tanks as a integrated part of sewer system, wastewater treatment plant and receiving water.
