Prerequisites for registration: passed Probability theory (B1-TP) and passed Partial differential equations (B1-PDR) and passed Finite element method (B1-MKP)
Assesment methods:
Submission of the final thesis and its positive evaluation by supervisor and reviewer.
Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Utilization of the knowledge acquired during the bachelor study with accent on the key topics of the study programme. The goal is completing independently the thesis showing ability of independent work in the field of applied mathematics and ability to work with scientific literature.
Course contents:
- State-of-the-art of the studied topic.
- Mathematical formulation of the studied topic.
- Algorithmic and computer realization of the problem.
- Visualization and interpretation of the results.
- Discussion on achieved results, on their precision and relation to real data and processes.

Bachelor thesis is supervised by professors, associate professors, assistant professors with PhD. and lecturers.
