|Learning outcomes of the course unit:|
|Acquisition of basic knowledge in area of law and technical regulations in the branch of geodesy and cartography with the stress on the main laws in the branch of geodesy and cartography, building law and technical standards: ISO, EN, STN, regulations, instructions, methodical guide and technologic practices in geodesy and cartography.|
|1.Importance of the law and technical regulations, principles of their creation, classification
of the regulations and their obligation by the geodetic and cartographic activities.
2.The law No. 215/1995 about the Geodesy and Cartography. Executive regulations of ÚGKK SR No.300/2009, the law No.216/1995 about the Chamber of Surveyors and Cartographers.
3.The law No. 162/1995 about the Cadastre as amended in the later regulations. Executive regulation of ÚGKK SR No. 461/2000.
4.The law No. 50/1976 about regional planning and building regulation as amended in the later regulations and its influence on the solution of geodetic and cartographic activities.
5.Other legal and technical regulations which influence geodetic and cartographic activities.
6.Geodetic activities for the investment construction. Documentation of the geodetic and cartographic works in the investment construction. Economic contractor-customer relations in construction. Tasks and obligations of the authorized surveyors of the civil engineer, project engineer and contractor.
7.Principles of the valuation of the geodetic and cartographic products. Appurtenances and the form
of the results' documentation of geodetic and cartographic activities.
8.Enterprising in the area of geodesy and cartography in accordance with actual legal regulations.
