| The aim of the subject is to obtain knowledge of the construction preparing process by the builder and building contractor. Subject focuses on object processes and their spatial, temporal and technological structure, organization of production processes and to propose methods for building of objects. Subject forms the listener for his ability to operate in preparing and managing of building in the area of methods propose for building objects, organisation of time procedures of construction and assurance of quality, health and safety at work and environmental protection on the building's preparation and realisation process. | |||||||||||||

| Brief syllabus:
Basic concepts in construction, construction participants and their competencies Territorial planning process and basic territorial planning documents Construction management and its participants. Building permit and its binding conditions Process of construction preparing by builder. Purpose of the construction organization project (COP), processor of COP and content of COP, basic documents for COP and content of technical report and situation on COP Preparation of the construction by contractor. Phases of preparation of construction and technological design. Modeling of construction course and definition of construction process structure, ways to show during construction at the time Methods of construction progress, network diagram, types of network diagrams, critical path Site equipment and its segmentation, content of technical report for site equipment, content of situation for site equipment Site manager competence before construction begins, at the start of construction, during construction and after completion and delivery of building Basic documents on the site, content of site diary Quality assurance, environmental protection, health and safety at work in the preparation and implementation of construction. | |||||||||||||
