Learning outcomes of the course unit:
The student will acquire the knowledge of the basic legal institution, with an emphasis on the concept of private law, which will be able to use in their professional activity in practice.
Course contents:
System of law, and relations of Construction Law and relations of Property Law in the context of the legal sector of the Slovak Republic and the EU.
Basic institutes in legal relations of the private law.
Systematics and Classification of contractual relations under civil and commercial law.
Legislation institutes fundamental labor rights.
Legal status of business entities - basic institutes.
Business under the Small Business Act and special regulations.
Selected construction activities - Authorisation.
