|Prerequisites for registration:||passed Diploma Project 2 (I-DP2-AE)|
|Preparation of the preliminary report about project progress and its defense before the supervisor. Subject will be terminate by graded credit.|
|Learning outcomes of the course unit:|
|Students learn methods and approaches of a solution of complex problems in the field of applied informatics. They demonstrate the ability to independently and creatively solve complex problems, even of a research character in concordance with nowadays methods and approaches in a respective field of application, separately, creatively and critically do analysis of possible solutions and models.|
|Detailed draft solutions.
Revision of decisions made in earlier stages and critical assessment.
Verification of selected parts of the solution.
Written presentation of the project results.

|The project leader – an employee in the position of a university teacher or a research worker, a graduate in the attendance form of study or a chief out of the faculty. The project leader is focused on topics from the same or similar area as the scope of the project. If the project leader is not from the faculty, a pedagogic project leader can be assigned, who monitors whether the work is elaborated in accordance with the requirements and internal regulations set by the faculty. All project leaders are teachers of this subject, therefore they are not listed separately. A guarantee of the study programme is responsible for the subject.|
