Course contents:
- Boolean algebra, algebraic expressions, logic functions, truth tables.
- Karnaugh map, minimizing boolean expressions.
- Introduction to the hardware description language VHDL.
- Combinational and sequential circuits design in VHDL.
- History of the FPGA.
- Architecture of modern FPGA and SoC (System on Chip) with ARM processor,
- Design and verification of control algorithms in real microcomputer systems for automotive and electromobility.
