Handing semester work is a condition for passing the exam is 40% user object. During the semester there will be two written tests for 20 points, to obtain a A and must be obtained at least 65 points, to obtain B at least 60 points, the C rating of at least 55 points, the evaluation of at least 50 points D and E on the evaluation of at least 45 points . In case the student does not obtain min. 45 points, or wants better evaluation of the topics in the exam period term tests.
|Learning outcomes of the course unit:|
|The course will enable students to acquire basic knowledge of the principles of sizing and design of structural elements, focusing on a separable nerozoberateľné joints, springs, shaft bearings, bearings and couplings. Students also gain a basic understanding of tribological conditions of power transmission. Transfers I. class (transfers with rigid kinematic coupling) and transfer II. class (force feedback) as well as issues of environmental service mechanisms.|
|-Principles of the dimensioning and design of parts of mechine
-Limiting conditions, the fatigue strength
-Detechable and nondetachable joints. Springs
-Design, control a nd save of shafts. Critical speed.
-Roller bearing, seals.
-Transmissions of I. class (transmisions with rigid kinematic conection), transmissions of II. class (force conection), transmissions of III. class (hydrodynamic pneumatic and electromagnetic conection). Dynamically loaded couples.
-Kinematic and stress analysis of elements mechanisms. The design, accuracy and quality drive components. Indicators of accuracy and reliability. Testing of transmission mechanisms.
-Manufacturing and materials for the production of selected elements of mechanisms
