|Prerequisites for registration:||passed Building Structures I (1_STAV1_AU)|
|• A fulfill of Faculty of Architecture Study Order’s assignments in the point of obligatory participation on particular templates of the education. |
• Working out graphical elaborate of the seminars in defined range and quality. The results of the seminars are counted in final result by 20%.
• Successful execution of an exam. The exam passes of combined form. Epistolary part (sketched schemas, details, writing texts) has proportional weight 70%. Oral part has proportional weight 10% from the final result.
To obtain the credits, there is necessary to accomplish proportionally all conditions and to obtain minimum 56 awarding points in the global cast of the creditable parts.
The final evaluation is according to classificatory scale of Faculty of Architecture’s Study Order.
|Learning outcomes of the course unit:|
|Student adopts knowledge in building foundation and stairs design in buildings.He/she will get acquainted with different types of foundation constructions and isolation of lower building, he/she will understand stairs construction types and principles of their design.He will obtain knowledge of foundation construction graphical depiction. He/she will manage to design different types of stairs depending on construction type, shape and material.|
1.Building and its surroundings. Situation and its depiction. Building site choice.
2.Types of earth. Buildings foundation principles. Foundation construction types.
3.-4. Classical and progressive ways of foundation. Foundation drawings Dilatation of lower building.
5. Digging work. Building demarcation. Digging plan drawing.
6.-7. Hydroisolation of lower building. Lower building principles, materials and solution details.
8.-10. Stairs in architectonic work. Typology,fitting. Stairs complex construction, stairs detail. Exterior stairs, material.
11. Stairs and fire protection.
12. Construction surface classical adjustment
13. Vent hole and chimney building construction.
