In the final thesis, the student of the bachelor study has to demonstrate the ability to design and to apply at a high level the acquired knowledge and habits within the final project and the final work seminar. The aim of the seminar is theoretical and methodological preparation of the final project, in which the student demonstrates the ability to work with literature, norms, regulations and at the same time he/she works on the conceptual preparation of the final thesis.
The student in the final thesis processes the assignment of all typological forms of objects to a level of a construction project for a building permit. The extent of the assignment is based on simpler facilities and operationally characterized objects of smaller to medium volume (house, urban villa, smaller apartment building, less complex object of civic amenities, etc.). The final project is developed in synergy with individual professions. Part of the assignment is involvement of works of art in the architectural concept, the work itself is designed by the student in a parallel subject.
