Assesment methods:
Student teams will make their own Business plans during the semester. They will regularly present and evaluate partial results of their work. At the end of the semester the teams will present their complete Business plans. The sum of points for all presentations is 30.
Students will successfully pass the presentations if they earn at least 16 points. Students also have to pass the written exam. The maximum number of points for the exam is 20 and the students will pass the written exam successfully if they earn at least 10 points. Students will get credits for the course if they successfully pass both, the written test and the oral exam. Students are graded as follows: A 46-50 points, B 41-45 points, C 36-40, D 31-35 points, E 26-30 points
Learning outcomes of the course unit:
The student obtains basic theoretical information about business and the determining aspects related to starting a business activity. The student is able to process a business plan with emphasis on creating a marketing and financial plan. The result of the student work is creating and advocacy of their own business intention. Fundamentals of Business II are directly related to this subject.

SWOT analysis
Strategic marketing – market segmentation, targeting, positioning
Tools of marketing mix
Business plan, species, types, structure
Marketing plan as a part of Business plan
Financial plan as a part of Business plan
Human resources – stimulation and motivation of employees
Ethics in business, Corporate Social Responsibility
