|Student will gain deep theoretical knowledge of discrete mathematics and he will become familiar with a wide range of tasks from this rapidly developing field of mathematics.|
|- Binomial theorem and its generalizations.
- Recurrent relations and generating functions.
- Hall and Konig theorem.
- Latin squares, block plans and Hadamard matrices.
- Transversals and permanents.
- Applications in coding theory and game theory.
