Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Student acquires deepsystematical knowledge about study problem according to the study problem and the topic of dissertation thesis. He defines the problem, classifies different approaches, he masters the theoretical and legislative basis and principles, the possibilities of their application and development and critically evaluates their advantages and disadvantages.
 
Course contents:
 Study of literature.
 Developing of the source elaborate (15 -- 20 pages) about the state in area (approaches, the theoretical background, norms, principles, application possibilities, critical evaluation).
