The goal of this course is the classification and explanation of the main demands for the application of various analytical methods in clinical and laboratory medicine.

Basic biological materials
Sampling, transport and storage of biological materials
Pretreatment of biological materials
Choice of analytical method
Analytical methods
Determination of selected analytes
Therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM)
