Assesment methods:
Final written test. To obtain a trial it is neccessary to obtain at least 92% for the evaluation A,at least 83% for the evaluation B, at least 743% for the evaluation C, at least 65% for the evaluation D, at least 56% for the evaluation E.
 
Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Overview on the main fertilizers production, connections between the various technologies and raw material base, the practical use of fertilizers.
 
Course contents:
Major productions of fertilizers: nitrogen fertilizers, phosphate fertilizers, potassium fertilizers, complex fertilizers. An overview of chemicals for pest control, use of fertilizer in relation to environmental aspects, quality and safety (leg. EU).
