Assesment methods:
The completion of study and evaluation of the knowledge level are expressed as a percentage range: 92-100% of knowledge - A, 83-91% of knowledge - B, 74-82% of knowledge - C, 65-73% of knowledge - D, 56-64% of knowledge - E, 0-55% of knowledge - FX.
Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Students will obtain basic knowledge about the characteristics of risk states of the devices and methods of increasing the operational reliability and safety.
Course contents:
The risk and the probability a failures equipment in the chemical industry, the law on prevention of major industrial accidents. industrial accidents - an analysis of the reasons, range of possible prevention damage, the risk of accident mobile agent for transporting hazardous liquids.
Increasing the operational reliability, safety and life technology equipment by methods of scientific analysis of critical states.
Diagnostic systems for evaluation the status of equipment, vibro-diagnostics, information systems and collection mobile data.
Maintain as a facility for reducing the risk management, system for regulation maintenance.
Degradation of construction materials during the operation of chemical and energy equipment, modern construction materials.
Safety device with different types of safety features, sensors, explosive flap.
