Assesment methods:
1 Participate in exercises ( assistant professor may, for serious reasons to justify a student absence at two exercises during the semester)
2 Three semester projects valued assistant professor according to the quality and timeliness of submission 0-3. Assistant professor can evaluate the activity of student the other 5 points per semester.
3 In the 9. week of the semester students made ​​test evaluate by 0-40 points.
All points for exercise assistant professor note down to AIS. Other points for individual Works obtained by professor note down to AIS professor.
4 Professor writes for the subject test in writing , which shall consist of a computational and theoretical part. Each part is evaluated by the number of points 0-50 .
5. Min . point for the exam E is 60 points ,D is 68, C is 76 points , B is 84 points and A is 92 points.
Writting test are for students who want to improve the points for subject. The final score is the sum of points in AIS and points obtain in the writting test .



 
Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Students receive an overview of the types, characteristics and uses of elements of machine construction. Based on the basic principles of of dimensioning and ultimate limit states, will learn to design these parts, dimensioned and control.
 
Course contents:
-Principles of the dimensioning and design of parts of mechine
-Limiting conditions, the fatigue strength
-Detechable and nondetachable joints. Springs
-Design, control a nd save of shafts. Critical speed.
-Roller bearing, seals.
-Couplings
