Individual work on exercises, in the form of extending the basic functionality of the program.
 
Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Gain the knowledge in the field of microprocessor technology and of its components. To know characterize functions of microprocessor and the peripheral devices. To obtain the ability of formulation the technical solutions in this area and ability of making the program for the simple problems in the field of control of processes and machines using by microprocessor technology.

-introduction and history survey
-numeral systems
-standard registers
-input/output ports as general digital input/ouput
-architecture of AVR microcomputers
-introduction to C programing language
-interrupt system, C language programming
-watch dog timer, C language programming
-alphanumeric LCD based on the HD44780U microcontroller, C language programming
-timer/counter, C language programming
-A/D converter, C language programming
-UART/USART, C language programming
-SPI, C language programming
-I2C, C language programming
-data memory organization by the C language compiler
