Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Student receives principled basis for the preparation of nanomaterials as special organic and inorganic materials used as catalysts.
 
Course contents:
Systematically are taken different types of nanomaterials used in catalysis, their specific chemical and physical properties, methods of their preparation and application. Specific examples are demonstrated principles of construction of the structure of nanomaterials, discussed are methods for their preparation and characterization, determination of their chemical and physical properties, health, environmental and economic aspects of their use and production.
