In the course of the semester students will write 2 control tests
 
Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Student will understand surface phenomena and strucutre of interfaces, further students will become familiar with the principles of adsorption on liquid-gas interface. Students will further understand the structure and stability of lyophobic disperse systems as well as gain insight into the rheological properties of dispersed systems.
 
Course contents:
The subject is dealing with the following topics: surface tension, adsorption at solid-gas interfaces, sedimentation and diffusion, rheological properties of dispersions, assocation colloids and experimental techniques used in the colloid and surface chemistry.
