Learning outcomes of the course unit:
The student will acquire the practical knowledge of working with management of economic simulačným exercise. The student is able to work with the decisions, which require the ability to plan and think analytically.To determine the position of the Centre of gravity in the field knows the market competition of profit, sales and market share.
Course contents:
Understanding Titan, management economic simulation exercise. An explanation of the nature and functioning of the. The establishment of student teams, an explanation of their operation and the choice of strategy. Description of the competition and the importance of the industry to competition. Analysis of the planning of profit, sales and market share. Familiarity with financial reports and their interpretation. The basic factors of production. The basic factors of marketing. The basic factors of financing the undertaking in relation to the economic principle. The method of fixing the prices of their products. Production planning. Planning budgets for marketing, research and development. Investments in fixed tangible assets, specifically in the simulation to factories and equipment. The final reports and the results of competing companies and their presentation.
