Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Main aim of this subject is to inform students about main principles of molecular modelling and explain more about its applications.
 
Course contents:
The first part of the subject provides theoretical informations on molecular modeling and its methods. The second part focuses more on applications of computational chemistry methods for modeling of various molecules from small to macromolecules (small molecules, proteins, carbohydrates, drugs, etc.).
