Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Student obtains basic skills in manipulation with complex instrumentation in analytical laboratory, to train obtaining and interpretation of information on sample by separation, spectrometric and electrochemical analytical methods. To explain the complementarity and application range of the methods.
Course contents:
Analytical chromatographic and electroseparation methods. Emission and absorption atomic and molecular spectrometry. Electrochemical analytical methods. Qualitative and quantitative analysis and calibration for listed methods.
