presence on laboratory experiments, fully evaluated laboratory protocols
 
Learning outcomes of the course unit:
To gain practical experiences with application of bioanalytical methods. The use of various isolation, serparation, chromatographic and spectrophotometric methods for analysis of biological materials.
 
Course contents:
Isolation, purification and analysis of lipid structures from biological materials. Enzyme analysis. Analysis of environmental contaminants.
