|From the written exam a total of 100 points can be obtained. To obtain mark A at least 92 points must be obtained, to obtain B at least 83 points, C at least 74 points, D at least 65 points and E of at least 56 points. Credits shall be granted only to a student who during the trial period obtained from the test at least 56 points.|
|Learning outcomes of the course unit:|
|The student will acquire knowledge of the basics of theory, technology and analytical control of energetic materials, the explosive substances and mixtures, the explosion limits, the safe modes of transport and handling of explosives, including legislative information.|
|1 Fundamentals of the theory and technology of energetic materials
2 Decomposition of organic and inorganic substances by explosion, explosive substances, explosive mixtures of organic compounds and oxidizing agents
3 Explosive limits of air and organic matter mixtures, security minimum of handling.
4 Development of explosive systems without the use of explosives
5 Calculation of thermodynamic parameters of explosive systems
6 Pyrotechnic mixtures
7 Process of preparation and properties of energetic materials
8 Analysis, detection and testing of explosives
9 Legal and safety regulations for the handling, use and transportation of explosive mixtures.
10 Design and use of explosives in the performance blasting.
