Learning outcomes of the course unit:
The seminar should serve to deepen and thoroughly practicing of knowledge acquired in course unit Mathematics II. Is intended to help for students to solving some examples from differential and integral calculus of function of more than one variable, differential equations, theory of line integrals and series. They will be included examples from the field of chemistry and physics, where are used appropriate mathematical techniques to solve problems.

 
Course contents:
The basics of differential and integral calculus of real functions of more than one variables with special regard to real functions with two variables. Application of local extrema in examples from the field of chemistry and physics.
Ordinary differential equations. First- and second-order ordinary differential equation with constant coefficients and their applications in chemistry and physics. Double integral. Vector fields, line integral of vector fields. Arithmetic and power series. Applications.
