Learning outcomes of the course unit:
Basics of work with MS Excel program. Solving of statistical models with MS Excel program.
Course contents:
• Introduction to Excel. Working with booklets, sheets and windows, files, and documents. Working with references, creating formulas and automatic calculations.

• Inserting features, reviewing technical features, creating custom features. Drawing graphs. Solving equations. Newton's method.

• Descriptive statistics. Frequency tables and histograms. Analytical tools.

• Macros, Excel controls, dials, sliders, list fields.

• Regression analysis.
