Learning outcomes of the course unit:
The student gains knowledge of the broad field of determining the general value of buildings and land. Students will learn the basic methods of real estate valuation and expert activity in selected sectors of civil engineering. This course enables students to get an idea of ​​prices on the real estate market, and expert in the construction business.
 
Course contents:
First Basic concepts in determining the overall value of the estate.
Second Valuation of land, the price map. Method class position, the general value of the land lease for the land.
3rd Calculation of baseline building. Calculation of measurement units. Financial indicators buildings. Coefficients of objectification.
4th Age structures. Life works. Linear, analytical method for the determination of wear construction. Wear of extensions. Technical value of the buildings. Incomplete and damaged buildings.
5th Calculation of baseline apartments and office space. Financial indicators of apartments and office space. Coefficients of objectification.
6th General building value determined by the method of positional differentiation. General value of residential and non-residential premises determined by the method of positional differentiation.
7th The yield value of the buildings. General building value set combination method.
8th General value of real estate and construction set comparison method.
9th Expert in construction. Regulations to ensure expert witnesses - law. 382/2004 Z. z, the Ministry of Justice Decree no. 490/2004 Z. from., 491/2004 Z. of. and 492/2004 Z. of.
10th Methodology expert.
11th Real Estate Cadastre. Extract from the ownership. A copy of the cadastral map. Geometric plan.
12th Expert activities in selected sectors of construction. The use of computer technology in determining the overall value of the estate.
