Learning outcomes of the course unit:
The student will be familiar with the basic concepts of computer networks, communication protocols TCP/IP, technologies used in the WWW.
 
Course contents:
- The taxonomy of computer networks.
- Layering.
- Network layer, routing.
- The transport layer, sockets.
- Application protocols.
- HTTP.
- HTML and CSS, design of web pages.
- Dynamic websites.
- JavaScript, AJAX.
