|56 points from 100 should be attained during the semester (at least 28 points from project and 28 points from the theory)|
|Learning outcomes of the course unit:|
|Obtaining of a basic knowledge of the design and optimization of the
experiment: build a mathematical model of the experiment, choose the
appropriate criterion of optimality (or calculate the compromise optimal
design of the experiment) and learn the methods for calculating the optimal
design of the regression experiments. The student will be able to formulate
and solve complex problems of design and optimization of an experiment from
different areas of construction practice.
