|The student will acquire knowledge in the field of construction law and related implementing regulations, as well as forms and types of businesses under different legislation, which will be able to use in their professional activity in practice.|
|System of laws construction law in the context of the legislation of the Slovak Republic and the EU.
Spatial planning legislation, classification and categorization of buildings, placement,
authorization, implementation, approved, use and demolition of buildings.
Activities, rights and obligations of persons under construction, public administration in territorial planning and under construction.
The institutes under the Administrative Procedure and the Code of Civil Procedure.
Basic legal concepts and related implementing legislation to the Building Act.
Forms of business under the relevant laws with an emphasis on courses of action for graduates of the faculty.
The scope and content of the catalog authorization activities authorized civil engineers.
